His revolutionary training techniques place emphasis on conscious movement with the aim of preventing pain and returning us to the fluid way we moved as children.
11:00 – 11:30 Lucozade Sport & Our Parks HIIT Yoga HIIT Yoga mixes High Intensity Interval Training with Yoga to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, wellbeing and stress reduction.
11:45 – 12:15 Dean Heitman This combat, HIIT and plyometric workout is like no other. Done to Drum & Bass this workout will leave you sweating from head to toe. Lets get ready to rumble.
12:30 – 13:00 Lucozade Sport & Our Parks A fun way to get fit through a high intensity full body workout. The class incorporates solid boxing pad work with body conditioning.
13:15 – 13:45 Skinny Brands ‘Taster’ Pilates session run by Bristol’s best and leading Pilates studio in association with Skinny Brands.
14:00 – 14:30 Lucozade Sport & Our Parks Turn Up Tone Up is body weight based exercise class that utilizes outdoor gym equipment. Whether you want to learn how to flagpole, handstand or simply want to get a sweat on, this session is for you no matter your level of fitness.

17:00 – 17:30 Zoe McNulty Strutology is the art of strutting one’s stuff. The SASSIEST dance class in the STRUTosphere will empower you, teach you how to carry yourself, ooze self-confidence and boost your esteem instantly. (No experience necessary)
