Jack’s story is featured nationally on BBC ITV Radio and Press.

Resilience, survival and the importance of dealing with things
This is a unique opportunity to listen to Charlie’s inspirational story of survival and the journey she has been on that forced her to look at her own emotional behaviour and mental health. This is a thought provoking talk about self-acceptance, surviving adversity and the importance of sense of self. Charlie will discuss mental health and how to work through PTSD as well as exploring what happens to our behaviours when emotional health isn’t addressed.
