Resilience, survival and the importance of dealing with things This is a unique opportunity to listen to Charlie’s inspirational story of survival and the journey she has been on that forced her to look at her own emotional behaviour and mental health. This is a thought provoking talk about self-acceptance, surviving adversity and the importance of sense of self. Charlie will discuss mental health and how to work through PTSD as well as exploring what happens to our behaviours when emotional health isn’t addressed. |

Lucy Aston, Founder of Yogadoo will be doing talks on Saturday and Sunday at Achieve talking about digital resilience and how yoga and meditation changed her life and will be sharing her top tips.

Charlie Webster
Charlie Webster is a broadcaster and campaigner. She is a regular on BBC 5Live radio and has worked globally for major TV networks. Earlier in the year Charlie spent time in Uganda making a film as part of a commonwealth campaign highlighting health care and the fight against Malaria.
